Shipping and Returns Policy
All orders are dispatched in 4-5 business days, we offer express shipping worldwide.

Please contact contact@maral-paris.com if your order has not arrived within the mentioned timeframe. Kindly note that at times delays can occur due to customs clearance which are beyond our control.
All orders are subject to verification for security reasons. We reserve the right to cancel any orders that do not pass verification and security at our end.
Taxes and duties:
All prices are taxe included. Please note that you will be responsible for import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country if your order has been placed from outside European Union.
Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country, please check with your local customs agency for details and estimated costs.

Returns:
Please notify us of your intention to return unused items within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing contact@maral-paris.com in order to receive your returns authorisation and instructions.
Kindly ensure to return your item with all the tags attached in the original packaging, returns may not be accepted if the tags have been removed, if the item has been soiled or damaged in any way.
We strongly advise that purchases are returned via a tracked and signed service, the risk and cost of the returns remain with our customers.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@maral-paris.com .
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only offer an exchange on defective items. Please contact contact@maral-paris.com for further instructions if you think you have received a defective item.

Please note that the shipping window on the product page is an estimate, while we endeavour to ship all orders within the estimated window, in some cases there may be a small delay.

In the event of receiving a damaged or incorrect items, you must inform us via email within 48 hours of receiving the items with all the details and evidence. We will review your submission and if we are satisfied that the item you received is different to your order or it has been damaged during shipping, we will replace or refund your order where appropriate.
